My Wii Fit gave me a fit this morning. It knew 66 days had passed since I'd last turned it on. It just didn't know why. It thinks I gained 1.5 pounds. I'd like to think that's muscle. Ha Ha. It's never been accurate on the weight. My BMI is still good. So, I did some yoga, some aerobics and some strength training. 40 minutes worth. I think I'll do more of it in the winter. As I was doing the 20 minutes of stepping, I wondered why I wasn't just outside walking. Still, it's something different, and I'm working on different parts of my body.

I just started reading a huge book: The Story of Edgar Sawtelle by David Wroblewski. Anyone ever hear of it? It came highly recommended. I liked it right from the start. I guess I know what I'll be doing in my free time. What free time?

It's Wednesday, my early day and I need to get myself to work. Have a great day!

Pretty bad when technology chews you out, isn't it!! My Brain Age game does the same thing!! Makes me want to throw it in the river!

Have a great day.

I gave up on video games years ago. They just got too fast and too smart for me. But after watching several people play on Wii's I'm thinking I might give it a go again. but it will have to be a ame. Starting out with Fit might be too depressing.

But well done you love for being so fit!

Your workout regime sounds like it's coming right along. Keep up the great work. And the weight gain is muscle. No worries. And the fact that we are woman and don't need an excuse to gain a pound or 2.. Stop weighing yourself every day. It will help with the madness.
I do miss the fall weather of the Northeast. It's still HOT< HOT< HOT and HUMID down here. But I love it.

Have an awesome day.

I love that these damned electronics can tell us what to do, when to do it, whether we are fat or need our ass kicked...LOL

You are so awesome Cheryl. A true inspiration. Hugs. :)

Yikes! That's scary about WII! :) I'd have nightmares of it growing legs and coming up rapping me on the head telling me to wake up and exercise. :)

I have never heard of that book but do tell me more about it, perhaps I'll pick it up from the library.

Happy thursday!!
Much love,
elizabeth
