Another rushing morning. That's because I spent about an hour with our new Wii Fit system doing aerobics. So far, Emily's been the one using it and I've been watching. Not a great way to get fit! She's been concentrating on yoga. I'm going to have a hard time with that...it takes a lot of balance. I'll keep trying because anyone should be able to do it. Today was my time, and I knew I could do aerobics. What fun!

That's my Mii and the calendar showing the two days I worked out

You know I'm way behind on my reading. Not much is going on this weekend, so I'll catch up. Have a great Friday. I hope the sun is shining for you!

I saw the Wii Fit demonstrated on TV and it looks like a fun way to exercise. I'm glad to hear that you like it. Please comment on it again when you've used it a few more times. Do you think it's do-able for an old woman?

Tell Em I said "lengthen from pelvis to crown" like a string is pulling your head and your whole spine up to the sky and "shoulders slightly back and down." And "COME TO CLASS WITH ME!" :) You too, Cheryl!

Anything that gets you to exercise is good. Looks like a lot of fun.
But for me there is nothing like good old walking.

2 days is better than no days. You just gotta work into it.

Happy weekend!

Good luck fitting it all into life - sometimes it's hard!

That looks like a ton of fun. I actually like yoga... the balance comes with not too much practice. I can't wait to have that system someday!

Have a great weekend!!

Good for you for getting on the Wii for exercise. I think it would make me mad if the machine was telling me when to do it. Or do you schedule yourself ?

Trying to catch up with everyone as I'll be gone for another couple of days and you do get behind if you slip a few. Type to ya soon.

The Wii is amazing. I grew up with Nintendo and love to see them doing well. Legend of Zelda and Metroid captivated me for hours as a child. I would even sneak downstairs at night to play while my family was asleep.

I am like Crusty. I want to meet you for lunch someday, too!!!! Have a happy memorial day, Cheryl!
