I'm so tired this morning. It's been a while since I've had trouble sleeping and I need a shower to wake me up!

I spent a long time at Trader Joe's yesterday. I had some questions, and was paired with Katie, a vegetarian, who was happy to talk to me. Trader Joe's is the place to go! I bought lots of tofu, meatless meatballs, chicken-less nuggets, rice noodles, sausage style crumbles, stir-fry vegetables, frozen fruit, vegetable egg rolls, etc.. I'm going to bring Emily to TJs sometime when Katie is working.
Yummy stir fry from last night.

Well, as much as I'd like to stay, I do need to get ready for work. Have a great day!

Meatless meat.... I tried that once! Only once! I have to give you credit. I am heading in the direction of vegetarianism but I will still have my hand in the meat pot evey once in awhile.

Have a great day Cheryl! and a great supper. :-)

I couldn't do it. I can't give up my fish sandwiches and my chicken... sorry, can't do it. I love it too much... besides, I need to eat all the fatty foods I can before my metabolism slows down LOL!

Rough day today. Rainy gray stuff. I am feeling better, thanks for asking. Meatless meat? Yikes!

I have, on a couple of occasions, tried to go vegetarian. It just didn't work out. However, I can easily go with on having red meat every once in a while. I love chicken so I have a lot of chicken and pork is good too.

I have learned to mix half ground turkey with half hamburger meat to make chili, spaghetti and even meat loaf. I think I've made great strides. LOL

If I lived in a beach town I would eat a lot more seafood cause I love seafood.

But, I just haven't been able to bring myself to try fake meats. Maybe if I called something other than "fake meat" that it would help. LOL

Cheryl,

That stir fry looks soooo delicious. It makes me almost want to be a vegetarian to get such wonderful looking food. I like my sausage and bacon too much to be a veggie though. I am a breakfast meat fanatic. Hope you had a great day and I am missing you this morning. Don't work too hard today and I will be thinking of you.

Your friend,

Andrew
