I wrote a long post, read the preview of it, and decided it was about as boring as they come. I couldn't publish it that way, and the thought of fixing it up just seemed daunting. That happens sometimes. I'll just say it was a good day, and I was able to spend a lot of time with my friend in the hospital, a lot of time outside in the garden, and a few hours with my daughter. I'm ready to settle in with my book now. Till the next time... Thanks for stopping by.
Sometimes I am right there with you regarding dissatisfaction with my posts I write. I have been dealing with that for sometime now... Gotta get out of my funk I suppose...
Writing is a process and not everything we write is worth any gold, but it does help process things going on in our lives.
I have a folder on my computer called "Blog Posts" When I do as you did I save it as a word document and decide later if I can reuse it later or delete it later, without feeling like I have to decide right this moment.
I appreciate your sincerity and awareness of the audience. Some people post every detail, like whether or not they brushed their teeth this morning or not. Why would I care? I don't have to smell their funky breath. :>
I have the perfect job for me. I choose to be a happy person. I have a 23
year old daughter, a mostly local family and some great friends. I live in a sun-filled home that I love. I love to learn. I'm easy to please. I'm not always what I seem.

Well, glad you had a good day.
Me too. Many of my posts tend to be reflective, because I often end up thinking the day wasn't interesting enough to write about...
So, tell us about your book. :)
