01 September 2007

How can it be Saturday again? It seems like the weeks just fly by. That's life, right? And why we should really live every moment. It's so fleeting. And that's my Saturday morning musings.

Anyone have plans for this Labor Day Weekend? My big one is attending a party at the pool I grew up at. My family still has their membership, and lots of family and friends will be there. The weather should be just beautiful (right now it's in the 60's with a chill in the air). That's my only plan, so far. Because I work on Saturdays and am off on Mondays, this is just a 'regular' weekend for me.

Time to go. Have a great Saturday!

I know, Saturday crept up on us!!
Yesterday the 1st was the day of my Grandpa's birthday. sigh...he was born in 1927-he passed on 4 years ago two days after my birthday...was a somber day, but also filled with plans. we decided to throw an impromtu bbq so 35 people (imme. family) are coming over for bags,(baggo's) beers, and burgers.
Have fun at your bbq-if it's not that fun, Soul and you are welcome to pop over. :) You can get here quicker on virtual time versus roadtime. :)
Always,
Crusty~

Know what you mean about the time flying by!! I do enjoy each moment. :-)
Thanks for the watermelon cutting tip. I'll try it next time.
No special plans for Labor Day. Maybe a ride up to PA to check out some of the antique shops and just enjoy the day with my husband.

Hey,

Normally I won't infest the nests of Summah's friends but I saw your comment over at her place and just thought I'd stop by.

I've nothing to say but but I saw that squirrel on your deck railing and I was wondering if you wanted anybody to take care of that for you.
