Can it be Thursday already? How come I haven't posted anything new? Why am I writing when I don't have time to post anything new? I guess I just want to say I'm fine and I'm still around. This morning I'm busy preparing none other than Mimi's Salad, again. Kathy and I are meeting at Karen's for lunch. I'll take pictures, and write a real post later.
