That was a good idea of the picture in the same spot every year. I don't think we did anything consistent and stopped altogether at some point.

I didn't take first day shots except kindergarden.
And we moved so much when the kids were young we were never in the same state. But we had a great adventure.

I loved seeing the pics and as everyone has been saying, she is lovely...just like her mother.
She is so beautiful! Does that first picture still feel like yesterday to you? Time has never flown by so fast as it has since I've been a mom.
Wow, things have changed so much. It seems just like yesterday I saw those 8th grade photos. A year has flown by
